Collection of rents: We maintain good tenant relations; rent is due on the first of the month, late after the fifth. Tenants may pay securely online with ACH, a major credit card, securely pay with a money order directly at Wallmart, and some quick markets, mail, or walk in person at our office.

Should the rent not be paid on time, we promptly serve Pay-Rent-Or-Quit notice to enforce timely payment of rent. If necessary we are poised to proceed  quickly with eviction. Only Bonded Personal handle your monies and financial data, and we can pay from your monthly rental income, mortgages, maintenance, along with other bills and disburse remainder of funds to property owner(s).

Easy to follow your property activity such as rent payments or maintenance: You may check on tenant rent payment, maintenance, retrieve statements are available online 24 hours for monthly and at year-end that in comply with tax reporting services.
